Returns

We want you to love your FORM PROJECT order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Devices (like GlowSculpt) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic items (like our firming cream) cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or variant, let us know through our contact page and we'll help set up an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
